Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Crypto Pulse Signals collects, why it is used and how members can exercise their privacy rights.

Information we collect

We may process account identifiers, Telegram user ID, email address if supplied, subscription plan, access dates, payment references, support messages, security logs and product usage needed to operate the service. We do not store complete payment-card details.

Exchange connections

If an execution product becomes available and you choose to connect an exchange, the service may process the exchange name, connection status, granted permissions and a protected reference to the credential. Withdrawal permission will not be requested. Never provide a seed phrase, private key or exchange password.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify payments, grant or revoke access, deliver signals and updates, apply member-selected settings, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

Telegram and payment providers

Telegram and payment processors operate under their own privacy terms. We share only the information reasonably required to complete a requested action, verify a payment or provide access.

Cookies and sessions

The public site does not require advertising cookies. The client portal may use strictly necessary secure session cookies to keep members signed in and protect private content.

Retention and security

Account and transaction records are retained only as long as required for service delivery, dispute handling, security and applicable law. Access controls, encryption in transit and hashed session tokens are used to reduce risk.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the Contact page. Some payment or compliance records may need to be retained where required by law.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means the revised policy applies to future use.
