Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Crypto Pulse website, Telegram services, VIP membership and client portal.
Service
Crypto Pulse currently provides general crypto-market research, educational content and subscription-based trading signals through Pulse Signals. Pulse Execute and Pulse Auto are described as future product stages and are not active trading services under these terms.
Product modes
Pulse Signals is view-only. Pulse Execute is intended to require confirmation of each specific trade. Pulse Auto is intended to follow a member-selected strategy inside preset limits. Any launch of an execution mode may require separate eligibility checks, consent, terms and geographic restrictions.
Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to use the service in your location. You are responsible for your Telegram account, portal session, exchange account and any trading decisions made using the information provided.
Membership and payments
Plan duration and price are shown before checkout. Payment may begin on the website or in Telegram and activates one membership after provider confirmation. Access may be suspended when a plan expires, a payment is reversed or abuse is detected.
Acceptable use
VIP signals, portal data and paid research are licensed for personal use. Republishing, reselling, scraping, sharing access or attempting to bypass security is prohibited.
No custody
Crypto Pulse does not accept deposits or request withdrawal access. If exchange connectivity is offered, members must use a separate trade-only API credential with withdrawals disabled and may revoke it through their exchange.
No performance guarantee
Past or modeled performance does not predict future results. Market conditions, execution, fees, leverage and individual risk decisions can materially change outcomes.
Availability
We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, Telegram, exchanges, data providers or payment networks. Maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Pulse is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, missed opportunities, exchange failures or actions taken on the basis of general information.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for non-payment, misuse, security risk or a material violation of these terms.
