Refund Policy
This policy applies to digital VIP memberships purchased on the website or through the Crypto Pulse Telegram membership bot.
Before access is activated
If payment was completed but digital access was not delivered because of a verified technical error, contact support so access can be restored or the payment reviewed.
After access is activated
Because VIP signals and private digital content become available immediately, completed membership periods are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate charges or an incorrect amount caused by our systems will be investigated and, where confirmed, corrected or refunded through the original payment route where possible.
Provider fees and crypto payments
Network fees, exchange-rate movements and third-party processing charges may not be recoverable. Crypto transactions are normally irreversible.
How to request a review
Use the Contact page and provide the order or payment reference, purchase date and a description of the issue. Never send a private key, seed phrase or complete payment-card number.
Chargebacks and access
A reversed or disputed payment may suspend the related membership while the payment status is reviewed.
